Got a used Toyota RAV4. Mike was great and easy to work with and spent a lot of time ensuring my husband and I were happy with the deal. Both him and Tonya made the whole process a painless experience (I usually dread car dealerships and also expect to get scammed in some way) and were pleasant and nice people.
