It was a nice experience with Honda Lundgren in Auburn

Matt was very kind and knowledgeable, he answered most of our questions before we even had to ask! He helped me start my first lease and the process was made very easy with the help of his team!

I need to say, if I had to recommend anyone going to this dealership, it would be Tyler Brown 100% no doubt. This man wasn’t pushy, he wasn’t aggravating, he wasn’t rude, he was extremely patient and so respectful even when things were complicated. I’m posting 5 stars because of Tyler only. We all know going to dealerships especially as a woman is hell. It’s irritating and it makes us feel stupid sometimes. Not one time did I feel any of that with Tyler. He was so quick with things too, he didn’t play around. He was extremely helpful and all my questions were answered with truth. I never really leave reviews, but this guy definitely deserves it. He was outstanding and nothing got in his way when things started to get difficult. 110% if you’re gonna ask for somebody, ask for Tyler Brown. He is so sweet! And now I have my dream car because of HIM at just 20 years old 🙌🏼 I never would have gone through a dealership if it wasn’t for him.

I took my Ridgeline to Lundgren of Auburn and had a good amount of work done. Long story short, they messed up. I had to bring it back the next day and I was short with the staff. They stayed professional and listened to my concerns. They took the truck back and fixed everything including a few extra items I didn't mention. Didn't charge me anything for the work and apologized several times. I was impressed because everyone can make a mistake but, its how you handle it. They handled the issue thoroughly, professionally, and with a smile! They made it right and honestly, thats all I needed. I will continue to be a customer there. Thank you Kevin and staff (especially the lady I was short with).

By far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Just had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Went in because my current lease was almost up. Didn’t really know how it worked (first time leasing). Jarid Leo met us at the door. He walked us through everything. Explained all our options and worked out the pricing several different ways. We ended up leasing another car. I hope he is still there in 3 years when I go back. I’m extremely happy with the car and the service Lyn Kaminski
