We bought a 2014 Honda Pilot from Lundgren on December 30 2013 and, with the exception of two years when we were out of state, we've been getting it serviced with them since purchase. It's 2025 and we still debate whether it's worth it to buy a new vehicle because the car still runs like a dream and Lundgren has made the service experience so smooth. Regular maintenance is easy and reasonably priced, even after a decade of service, they keep an eye on preventative issue and understand that not everything needs to be done on a 10 year old car but something's are more important than others when trying to extend it's life.
